Good Day, and let me personally welcome you to my website. My name is Brenda Miranda, I am an active, full-time, full service Realtor in San Diego county. I obtained my Real Estate license in 2000, and have been fortunate to have had the opportunity to work, and help buyer's and seller's through some of the best and worst times in the San Diego housing market.

Earning awards at Weichert, Realtors, "Executive Club, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales." My credentials also include;" HAFA certified specialist, " CDPE- Certified Distressed Property expert," and "At Home with Diversity."

Striving to always improve my performance as a Realtor, by enthusiastically attending educational training and classes. Making it a goal to provide you with valid, up-to-date information that will lead you to make an informed decision.

I have had the privilege since 2007 to work with one of San Diego's top REO Brokers. The advantage of being a REO listing coordinator, has provided me with valuable knowledge of the foreclosure process and ability to confidently advise my clients on the do's and do not's of REO's.

Having been born and raised in San Diego, let's face it, we'd rather be at the beach, watching Sunday football (go Chargers), or enjoying the day at a family BBQ. As a mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend... I know the value of time.
